Katju Must Withdraw Remarks On Telangana: Nagam

Telangana Nagara Samithi President and MLA Nagam Janardhan Reddy insisted that Katju withdraw his remarks as "they have hurt the sentiments of the people of the region".

Remarks by Press Council of India (PCI) Chairman Markandey Katju on Telangana came under severe attack from people of the region.

Reacting sharply, Telangana Nagar Samithi President and MLA Nagam Janardhan Reddy insisted that Katju withdraw his remarks as "they have hurt the sentiments of the people of the region".

"The PCI Chairman has no knowledge of the region and the sentiments of the people, and has to withdraw his remarks," said Reddy. He also demanded the ouster of Minister D K Aruna for the misuse of coloured kerosene. (INN)
