A day after five MLAs of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) slammed him over the issue of nominated posts, Minister for Labour Ch Malla Reddy today termed it a family issue and said that that they would settle the matter amicably.
Speaking to the media, Reddy said,"There are elders in the party. In their presence, all issues will be sorted out like family matters."
He said that the BRS was a disciplined party, and that the "minor" issues levelled by the party MLAs were unfortunately exaggerated by the media.
Stating that he was a Gandhian, the minister said that he would talk to the MLAs.
"If necessary, I will invite all of them to my residence. Some people are deliberately blowing things out of proportion," he said.
The minister also claimed that he had no role in the appointments for nominated posts as those were done by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and BRS working president K T Rama Rao.
