Mahabubnagar MLA Passes Away

Rajeshwar Reddy, 55, was BJP district president, municipal councillor, PRP member, and a Congress associate member.

Mahabubnagar MLA Rajeshwar Reddy died on Sunday, of cardiac arrest. He was 55.

He is survived by a wife and a daughter.

Rajeshwar Reddy was the BJP district president from 2000 to 2004. He was municipal councillor from 2005-2009.

In 2009, he joined the Praja Rajyam Party but failed to secure a ticket. However, he got elected from the Mahabubnagar constituency as an independent.

Later, he joined the Congress party as an associate member.

Prominent politicians, including PCC president Botsa Satyanarayana, visited his house and paid him their respects. (INN)
