Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar today alleged that minister K T Rama Rao was responsible for the recent TSPSC AR exam question paper leak.
Addressing media persons after calling on BJYM leaders at Chanchalguda central prison along with party leaders G Premender Reddy, D Pradeep Kumar, N V S S Prabhakar and S Kumar, KTR told the Chief Minister that KTR held the IT department, and that the responsibility of the computers of the Commission was with the IT department.
He asked the CM to stick to his statement made in the Assembly that he would not be a mute spectator even if his family members committed a mistake.
Sanjay said that lakhs of youth were concerned following the question paper leak, and that it was unfortunate that the State police had arrested BJYM activists including its State president Bhanu Prakash for holding a protest on the issue, instead of focusing on the real culprits. Condemning the arrests, he asked the State government whether it was wrong to question the leak.
He also alleged that the police were extending all kinds of luxuries to those accused of the leakage. He added that the mother of one of the accused in the question paper leak, Renuka, was a sarpanch of the BRS, and that her elder brother was also a BRS leader.
He alleged that the State government had reached a state where it was not able to hold even the Class X and Intermediate exams properly any more. He demanded that the government immediately remove the TSPSC Chairman, and hold the already announced exams on time.
