Won't Share TSPSC Paper Leak Proofs With SIT: Bandi Sanjay

The Telangana BJP president said that he would not give any proofs that he has about the TSPSC paper leak case to the SIT.
Hyderabad | 20th March 2023
Reacting to news reports on the issuance of a notice by the SIT constituted by the State government to inquire into the TSPSC paper leak case, BJP Telangana president Bandi Sanjay Kumar today said that he would not give any proofs that he has about the leak to the SIT.

He also said that he was not scared of the inquiry by the SIT, and termed it a pet organisation of CM K Chandrashekar Rao. If the SIT was indeed neutral, it should also issue notices to minister K T Rama Rao, who had levelled allegations against him in the case, Bandi said.

He alleged that the SIT investigations into the murder case of gangster Nayeem, the drugs case and the Miyapur land scam had not yielded any results, and that the SITs had not only diluted all the cases handed over to them, but had also benefited KCR.

Bandi also alleged that KCR was not ordering an enquiry by a sitting judge of the High Court in the case as he was scared that his son and minister K T Rama Rao would go to jail. He dared KCR to order such an enquiry if he was confident that his son did not commit any mistake, and said that he would submit all the proofs that he had to the judge if such an enquiry was constituted.

He alleged that the notices by the SIT were just a conspiracy by KCR to harass opposition leaders.

He also alleged that an attempt was being made by the government to muzzle the voices of the media in the paper leak case.

He claimed that despite all of its shenanigans, the KCR government would meet the dust very soon.
