Kiran Kumar Reddy Shifts Office

The Chief Minister's office will be shifted to the 6th floor in the C block of the state Secretariat.

According to highly placed sources, orders to this effect have already been issued. The sources add that the orders were issued after Kiran Kumar Reddy expressed his desire to function from the 6th floor.

Kiran Reddy's predecessor K Rosaiah had functioned for months from the D Block of the Secretariat before finally shifting to the C block on October 5th, 2009.

Rosaiah had initially expressed reluctance to move into the C block from where his predecessor Y S Rajasekhara Reddy used to function, saying, "His memories will haunt me."
