KCR Opens BRS Central Office In Delhi Amidst Vedic Pujas
BRS supremo and Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao today inaugurated his party's central office, named BRS Bhavan, at Vasant Vihar in New Delhi.

BRS supremo and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today inaugurated his party's central office, named BRS Bhavan, at Vasant Vihar in New Delhi.
The function was held on a grand scale. KCR first hoisted the BRS flag on the premises of the building amidst pujas. Later, amid the chanting of Vedic hymns, he inaugurated the complex at the auspicious time of 1:05 pm by cutting a ribbon.
Telangana Assembly Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, IT & Industry Minister K T Rama Rao, and Roads & Buildings Minister Vemula Prashant Reddy; BRS parliamentary party leader in the Rajya Sabha K Keshava Rao; BRS parliamentary party Leader in the Lok Sabha Nama Nageswara Rao; MPs Joginapally Santhosh Kumar, Vaddiraju Ravichandra, B B Patil, Venkatesh Neta, Maloth Kavitha and Badugula Lingaya Yadav; MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy; Special Representative of the Telangana government in Delhi Manda Jagannatham; president of the BRS (Kisan Cell) Gurnam Singh Chaduni; and others were present.
After inaugurating the building, KCR occupied the BRS chief seat in the first floor and took charge by signing the documents. He waa accompanied by Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, K T Rama Rao, Prashanth Reddy, Santosh Kumar and Prabhakar Reddy. BRS MPs, ministers, other leaders and activists congratulated him.
Posters and banners welcoming KCR were displayed all along the 2-km stretch around the new BRS office. A large number of BRS workers thronged the office premises since the morning creating a vibrant atmosphere. Even amid the high security provided to KCR, party leaders and activists arrived in big numbers and accorded a warm welcome to the BRS chief with flower bouquets. The entire building was also filled with the signs and sounds of the yagam being performed and the chanting of vedic mantras by the priests. And the party leaders and workers indulged in big celebrations after the inauguration of the office.
The inauguration was held amid tight security arrangements. A thick security blanket was thrown around the building, and Telangana and Delhi police tightened security from the Vasant Vihar metro station to BRS Bhavan. Normal vehicular traffic was stopped for a while.
The complex has reportedly been designed as per vaastu. The party chief's office is on the first floor of the building. Separate chambers have been allotted to the BRS President and Working President. Along with these, a total of 18 rooms are available in the BRS Bhavan for various purposes. A spacious meeting hall will be used for party meetings.
