Swami Kamalananda was asked to produce two sureties of Rs. 5,000 each for the bail. He was also directed not to leave Hyderabad or interfere with the investigation.
A local court at Nampally on Saturday granted conditional bail to Swami Kamalananda Bharati, who was arrested for his alleged hate speech against the Muslim community.

It may be mentioned that Swami Kamalananda was arrested at Srisailam and brought to Hyderabad by the Special Investigation Team on January 14. Two separate cases were registered against him at the Mir Chowk and Dabeerpura police stations following a complaint that he made inflammatory remarks during a meeting held at Indira Park on January 9 to protest against the alleged hate speech of MIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi.
Later, the police also obtained his two-day custody for further interrogation and also to secure his voice sample. (INN)
