High Court Grants Bail To Raja Singh

The Telangana High Court today granted conditional bail to controversial BJP MLA Raja Singh.

The Telangana High Court today granted conditional bail to controversial BJP MLA Raja Singh.

The court asked him to not make any kind of inflammatory speeches after his release from jail.

The court also asked him not to take out any rally, or post anything on the social media for the next three months.

The orders were passed by a division bench of the HC.

The controversial MLA was arrested by city police on August 25, 2022, under the PD Act. He has been lodged at the Cherlapally central prison.

Singh's wife Usha Bai had filed a petition in the HC urging it to quash the PD Act proceedings against her husband.
