TDP leader Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu said the YSRCP leaders were feeling insecure as their Party president was the principal accused in 13 corruption cases.
Launching a scathing attack on the YSR Congress Party, TDP senior leader Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu today alleged that YSRCP president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy was trying to create hatred among people by raising caste issues in Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking to the media at NTR Trust Bhavan, Gali said that the YSRCP leaders were feeling insecure as their Party president was the principal accused in 13 corruption cases.
"They also don't have any moral right to criticize Chandrababu Naidu on promises made to the people not being fulfilled. Former Chief Minister late YSR had promised during the 2004 elections that Kapus would be included in the BC list, and some other castes in the SCs and STs. But he did injustice to the BCs by including 38 other castes in the BC list," he added.
He also pointed out that Chandrababu Naidu during his first stint as Chief Minister had effected the SC classification which was in force for two years.
The YSRCP leaders were trying to create problems in the name of caste, and using Mudragada Padmanabham and Manda Krishna Madiga towards this end, Gali alleged.
Gali also said that Naidu had promised to make BC leader R Krishniah Chief Minister of Telangana if the TDP came to power. And now Krishnaiah was organizing public meetings in Andhra Pradesh.
If Krishniah had any problems, he should talk to the Chief Minister and not with others, he suggested.
