Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy today released funds for the YSR Law Nestam scheme.
He credited Rs 1.55 crore into the bank accounts of junior lawyers of the State.
The amount released by the CM will help 2,011 junior lawyers of the State for the next three years.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said the junior lawyers would get Rs 5,000 per month as financial assistance for the next three years.
Jagan claimed that he was aware of the problems of the advocates of the State, and that the government had launched the scheme to help the junior advocates trying to stand on their feet in the early stages of their careers.
