YSR Congress Party's third plenary, which is intended among other things to give a direction to the party cadre to expose the Andhra Pradesh government's failures in the last three years in office, started on Saturday near the Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU) campus in Mangalagiri, Amaravathi.
The two-day plenary will pass a total of 20 resolutions on the issues of the various districts in the state.
Inaugurating the plenary, party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy invited the leaders and cadre to come up with suggestions for the strengthening of the party. A committee of senior leaders has been formed to look into the suggestions and for further action thereupon.
On the occasion, Jagan also released a book named "Emperor Of Corruption" on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's 3-year-rule, alleging a huge amount of corruption took place in the last three years.
Jagan said that the book had evidence on Naidu's corruption. He alleged that Naidu had indulged in corruption to the tune of Rs. 3.75 lakh crore. He had earned Rs.1 lakh crore in just the capital city lands, and the remaining was via the Vizag land scam.
He asked the YSR Congress Party activists to circulate the books in every village.
