The decision was taken after the MLAs had a meeting at the YSR Congress Party office in Hyderabad on Sunday.
Briefing the media, Congress MLA and former minister Pilli Subhash Chandrabose said that 27 MLAs and 2 MPs have decided to submit their resignations to their posts as well as the party's primary membership.
