The ongoing Prajasankalpa Yatra of YSR Congress Party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy in Andhra Pradesh will end on January 9.
This was communicated to mediapersons by party general secretary S Ramakrishna Reddy today.
Ramakrishna Reddy said the yatra would conclude in the Ichapuram Assembly constituency, and that Jagan would have covered 3,500 km by the end of the last day of the yatra.
Reddy said that the yatra was launched on November 6, 2017, at Idupulapaya of Kadapa district, and that Jagan had covered 134 Assembly constituencies and 2,000 villages as part of the yatra, and had addressed 120 public meetings.
Reddy claimed that Jagan had faced several problems, including a jail term and an attempt to murder him, since the death of his father and former CM of AP Y S Rajasekhar Reddy, but would become the CM this year after the upcoming Assembly elections in the state, helping him realize his dream of helping the citizens of AP.
