Two students of a residential Narayana Junior College were killed and seven others were grievously injured when a car in which they were traveling was hit by an unidentified vehicle at Expressway Pillar No 221 near the Aramgarh crossroads in Rajendra Nagar on Thursday night.
According to the information received, nine students of the college at Madhapur had disappeared from the hostel on Thursday night to attend birthday function of a friend at Rajendra Nagar. While they were returning to the college in a car after the function, an unidentified vehicle reportedly rammed into the car at Expressway Pillar No 221, killing Tarun and Uday on the spot, and injuring the seven other students.
Meanwhile, the staff of college complained that nine students belonging to Mahabubnagar had disappeared from the college on Thursday night.
