Hyderabad To Be Wifi Zone Soon: KTR

Telangana IT Minister K Tarakarama Rao on Tuesday announced that Hyderabad will soon be converted into a Wifi Zone.

During his interaction with officials of the Information Technology and Communications (IT&C) Department and other experts in his chambers in the State Secretariat, KTR said that the Telangana government proposed to turn the entire city into a Wifi zone.

A detailed plan was being worked out and it will be revealed soon.

He also sought the suggestions from the officials and the general public to strengthen Hyderabad as an IT hub.

KTR said that the Telangana government would also promote health tourism in a bigger way. He also stressed on improvement in road connectivity in Telangana. (INN)
