Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Commissioner Sameer Sharma has revealed that Rs. 6 crore has been sanctioned for patching potholes on city roads.

Sharma said the roads are in a pitable condition following continuous rains this season.

GHMC Chief Engineer R Dhan Singh told INN that the work on patching the potholes would begin as soon as the next week.

He said that the work will begin after the completion of the tender procedures.
