A train ould not move out of the Ameerpet station due to a technical problem, resulting in the services between Ameerpet and Nagole being affected for about two hours.
The metro rail officials immediately swung into action and managed to move the stationary train on to an additional track at Prakash Nagar. For good measure, a significant length of the tracks were also checked thorougly. The metro services were restored soon thereafter.
