High Court Allows Bandi Sanjay To Carry On His Padayatra
The Telangana High Court today allowed the state BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar to carry on his padayatra, with certain conditions.

The Telangana High Court today allowed the state BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar to take up the fifth phase of his padayatra, with certain conditions.
It said that the padayatra should not enter Bhainsa town and should be held with only 500 party workers, and that the public meeting of the BJP should be held with only 3,000 people.
It also said that neither the BJP leaders nor its workers should make provocative statements, or use sticks or any weapons in the public meeting.
It asked the police to protect the law and Order in the area.
For the unversed, that the police denied permission to Bandi a day before his padayatra was to start, prompting him to approach the High Court. The HC took up the hearing of the petition at 12 pm on Monday, and allowed him to hold his yatra.
Bandi welcomed the verdict of the HC. Speaking to the media at his camp office in Karimnagar, he said that he would abide by the orders of the HC.
Stating that he already his padayatra in four phases, He said that his entire padayatra was held in a peaceful manner. He alleged that the state government tried to obstruct his padayatra by citing reasons. He expressed his happiness over the verdict the HC in the issue.
