Harish Rao Launches Free WiFi In Siddipet

Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao today launched free WiFi connectivity in the Komati Cheruvu area of Siddipet.

Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao today launched free WiFi connectivity in the Komati Cheruvu area of Siddipet.

The WiFi services are being offered by Sri Sai Communication Services.

At a program later, Rao said that he was happy to launch the free WiFi, and that Siddipet was only the second place after Hyderabad in Telangana to get the facility.

Siddipet, which was in the forefront of both the struggle for statehood and development, should also be the first to adopt the Internet for day-to-day life, he said. The town was making fast development and witnessing rapid growth in all sectors, and would make even faster progress now, he added.

He also appreciated Sri Sai Communications for coming forward to offer the free WiFi.
