Grand TSRTC Bus Parade At Tank Bund Saturday
As part of the Swatantra Bharatha Vajrotsavalu celebrations, the TSRTC has planned a Grand Bus Parade this Saturday, August 13.

As part of the Swatantra Bharatha Vajrotsavalu celebrations, the TSRTC (Telangana State Road Transport Corporation) has planned a Grand Bus Parade this Saturday, August 13.
It will be organized at the Tank Bund at 4 pm.
The parade will be flagged off at the Rotary Park at the Vivekananda statue, and will end at the Ambedkar statue. RTC staff will showcase the cultural heritage of Telangana as part of the parade, which will also comprise of a music band, motorcycles, and an antique Albion Bus imported from London and commissioned in 1932. The Albion Bus was in service during the early years when the TSRTC was called Nizam State Rail and Road Transport Department, and has a seating capacity of 19.
More than 1,000 persons including members of the public, public transport patrons, RTC staff and others will also join in the parade.
The TSRTC's Chairman Bajireddy Govardhan and MD V C Sajjanar said that the event was being organized for the people of the State, and was open for the public to participate in.
