Hospital Superintendent Sravan Kumar and other staff members accompanied the Governor to the 5th floor, where the head of the plastic surgery department Subhod and general surgery professor N V N Reddy examined him and advised him to undergo a minor surgery at the hospital.
After the treatment, Narasimhan expressed satisfaction at the sanitation at the hospital, and exhorted the administration to maintain the same and improve the conditions further in strategic places.
When the doctors at the hospital brought to the notice of the Governor that there was a need for an extra MRI unit to cater to the overwhelming number of patients seeking treatment at the hospital, he assured them that he would suggest that to the Telangana government.
