Ex-Gratia For Srisailam Power Plant Victims

The Telangana government has announced Rs 50 lakh as ex-gratia to DE Srinivas Goud's family, and Rs 25 lakh each to the families of the others.

Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has announced financial and other benefits to the families of those who died in the Srisailam Power Plant fire accident.

The CM announced Rs 50 lakh as ex-gratia to DE Srinivas Goud's family, and Rs 25 lakh each to the families of the others who lost their lives in the tragedy.

The CM also announced a job to one family member of the families of each of the deceased, and has also extended other department-specific benefits.

Nine persons passed away in the mishap that took place last night in an underground power station of the Srisailam hydroelectric plant located in Domalapenta of Amrabad mandal in Nagarkurnool district.
