GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Sir, my neighbour's illegal construction (three floors&pent house)in h.no:17-1-386/1/88, kehavnagar colony, saidabad is paying a pittance of Rs101/. Construction was done in 2011. Total building sft is around 5000sft. But ghmc circle4b assesment is for just 250sft only. I got this information through rti act. Will the aurhorities concerned act?

Hello sir,
Im krishna, from nmdc road number 4, east anand bagh. due to recent rains & bundla Chevuru , all our road ( our houses ) are with heap of mud, sand, garbage. ghmc people are seeing and going but to not at all cleaning the road.
other wise epidemic will spread .
kindly show mercy of people

Dear sir

I am the Resident of H.No. 29-1089, Vinayaknagar,Neredmet LANE NO.23,
MALKAJGIRI-500 056.
I would like to inform you that in my street frequently drainages are blocking
near to the manwhole, which leads to viral fever,Dengue fevers and unhealthy as well as we are unable to move on the street.

Last week also GHMC drainage clearing people have come and instead of clearing and repairing the damage drainage pipeline they have taken out drainage sand and water from manwholes and poured on roads and gone. Now, this week also again blocked all manwholes.

Please inform the GHMC People to clean with cleaning machines and solve our problem
I sincerely request to take the matter as urgent and please do the need full.

Drainage leakage near venkateshawara swamy temple, bkguda, srnagar. We r trying from 1 week to the numbers 155304...its not working. Wats the service you r providing to the people...

The situation is very very bad n small kids r facing lot of health problems due. To the bad smell..

Kindly respond soon....its greater hyd but municipaliry always at lower grade.....wat the corporaters r doing....its like hell..

Pls repair this asap....

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of H No 6-2-186 New Bhoiguda, Secunderabad. I am informing to you that drainage manhole in front of my house filled with drained water since 1 week and drained water stagnated in other manholes. So my house water is not passing and stagnated in my house.
I already made the complaint and they took the necessary action but the problem is not solved totally. When that person came to check we specifically requested to check all the lines so that problem will not be repeated but they did not hear they have concentrated on only one line in spite of many requests they did not bother to check one line where again drainage is blocking. When we complained again they told the workers are not willing to take necessary action and told to complaint online so that the pressure will come from superior officers to take necessary action.
Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

The air near Kukatpally is becoming heavily polluted and unbreathable. Some factories nearby are emitting harmful gas and the air smells bad. Kindly check the situation before people start falling sick. We are facing this problem since 6months daily at evening

Most corrupt municipal of India is GHMC. GHMC passed circular to collect 50 rs for garbage collection but illegally collecting 50 rs per door in a house. So it became 300-400 rs from a house. In India main problem is people don't ask questions and don't want face it. How can we know that collected amount is going to government without any bills. Why we should not get bills for these collection, when getting tickets for even 5 rs in bus then why we give 50 rs without bills? GHMC complaint being closed with simply ATTENDED but not Acton on ground. No escalation system available for closed complaints.

The people who come in morning time to take away the (kachra) from houses. These people are asking to pay 40 per month then only we ill take away the kachra. I kept him asking why ru not taking. He says with an attitude pay the money then only ill take & he had not took the kachra & he went away. These thing recently they started that we have to pay for a month 40rupees. If any festivals could be there we would have give them 10 to 30 rupees. These problem solution have to be solved immediately. Not nly in our colony these problem might be having so many people. This case happen at miyapur, J.p.nagar, 2 phase.

Hi Satish even I have experienced the same thing in Kondapur area, this people collecting garbage demand money from every flat in a building every month. If not paid they will not pick the garbage. I have raised a grievance with GHMC Customer Service Center but not sure if that will be of any help. This is something new for me as I have not seen this kind of behavior anywhere else outside Hyderabad.

Sir,(no ghmc people coming for garbage)
I am from borabanda,gayatri nagar near andhra bank ,near railway track.no ghmc person coming and collecting the garbage from 15 days onwards they are coming all the streets but they are fortunatly missing our line,this is the not first time before also they did like this only but we requested him to come then he used to come weekly twice, but he is not coming now, all the street people throwing their garbage near ending houses. Mosquitoes and flys are increasing so please take immediate action we requesting you sir.

Dear sir I'm Kiran. N from jillelguda I was complaint to jillelguda muncipalty office to clean the drinage near my house.I was complaint on 26-03-2019.And they told to Call to mahendher from 1pm I was calling him he is not responding to my call and he is putting the messages I will call back later.An i was call from another number and he was telling to give the complaint in the municipality office in jillelguda so I went to their an i was complaint in the written letter on 27-03-2018 and he was not responsible of any complaint an i am started calling him on 28-03-2019 and again he is not responding my call so I took my Friends mobile and I was call him and again he was telling to complaint in online this is the rule GHMC employee mahendher giving the response to the people.What are the GHMC officers are doing.Aftral you are not responding for small complaint what u are doing for big complaints.thats why our telangana state is not developing how much only one person shoud take care of telangana CM K.CHANDRASHEKAR RAO. He is only one person to take care ha what the GHMC employes are doing. I want immediately action on this complaint.... Thank u Sir....

I m un happy with ghmc services coz it has been 5 to 6 days the garbag is not pick from my building or my area ...we have small children at our home they ar effected with that plz help me to log a complain for this i stays in noor khan bazaar opp central bank ....

I am the resident of Vijayapuri Colony Phase-I, Vanasthalipuram, regularly not collecting garbage from our houses. They will come 5 to 6 times in a month. First week of every month, they will come and collect the money. During that time, if we ask them why are you not collecting the garbage, they will give answer very rudly. We are facing so much problem with that Garbage collecting people. So, kindly go through the matter and do needful. Thank you....
