GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Hello,

I am residing Agricultural Colony plot no 306 Hastinapuram Central near Water tank. This is the HUDA approval colony but there is no drainage outlet for this colony. There are so many apartments are constructed with permission .Pease take immediately action and do the needful asap.

Hello sir, I am imran I am resident of Baghlingham pally opp,sundarayya park, Hyderabad,sir some tea shops established in front of my house the people are smoking in front of us houses and traffic jams people can't feel good when they are in park smoke pollution is lot of our houses. Dear sir

This is to inform that there is flowing of drainage water in our street from the past 10days.Due to this we are unable to walk in the street and we are unable to bear the smell of that. Could you please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Request you to conduct fogging for 2-3 times in order to get rid of mosquitoes and avoid diseases.

Due to continuous rain till last night, there are lot of mosquitoes in our society...request you to please conduct 2-3 continuous fogging in order to get rid of mosquitoes and to avoid diseases.

I have reported a complaint about garbage removal from my street located beside SBI -ATM KING KOTI BRANCH and my complaint was promptly replied with Ref:ID: 230918185607 on 23.09.2018 but so far no action has been taken.

Hi Sir

Drainage water is flowing past more than one week at Madhapur Ayyappa society line past more than one week. HMDA was not taking care. Plz resolve this as soon as possible.

Hi Sir, I am the resident of Charminar,Ghansi bazaar,Moti begum masjid,-500002, where the streets are filled with the garbage due to which we are facing many problems and unable to walk on the streets .The GHMC is not collecting the garbage since the date 23-9-2018.I request you to take action on this ASAP.

I am residence of 16-11-741/D/2, vijaya daigonostic center lane, moosaram bagh, we have number of street dog on our street. Night time they are making lot noice , barking fighting etc. Measurable problem to us. Please send a team to catch up

I am resident of lower dhoolpet ,mangalhat, asifnagar and I want please consider my problem about drainage blocked in front of my house after complaining 4 times to my circle munciple office but they are unsuccessful to cclearup drainage is still blocked. So please make some solution ,
