GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

I wish that GHMC should give a statement showing monthlythe number Of grievances received and the number solved.Then only one get an idea about how efficiently the issues raised are solved.

Sir,
I am resident of H.No.1-10-122/26, Street No.8, Ashoknagar, Hyderabad. My neighbour is making construction at H.No.1-10-122/25 and they are dumping their construction material on road opposite to my house which is causing lot of inconvenience to me and occupants of my house and also the public using the said road. I request you to take immediate action against the persons responsible for dumping the construction material on road.

some body selling dust and materials on roads,which was very dangours when driving, i am about to fall from bike.full dust on roads

Sir, At Alwal lot of people are being affected by viral fever like dengue, chickengunea etc. It seems GHMC Alwal is not concerned about it because no action is taken against mosquitoe menace. No fuming, spraying is done at all. Please do the needful in this regard.

Dear sir I sushmitha residing in laxminagar we are facing problems due to one of the person balraj milk vendor is tying the buffaloes in the street. We are unable to walk and childrens are facing problems to go to school they are getting various kind of diseases through buffaloes It is located at HNo12-1-489/6, barrela doddi, laxminagar colony, Lalapet, Secunderabad. Earlier we have given so many complaints to the GHMC authorities but no person had taken any action.

We are living in sanjay gandhi nagar near. Jagathgirigutta no one is collecting waste from homes we are facing many problems because of that so resolve problem asap

govt./ghmc one hand saying greenery and spending money also on this end, On other end they GHMC is not bothered about dispersing the tree waste on streets/colonies.
In my area (SAIPURI COLONY, BEHIND SAIRAM THEATRE, MALKAJGIR,) THEY DONT CLEAR SUCH WASTES AND , RESPECTIVE SUPERVISING STAFF DONT CARE EVEN WE COMPLAINT MANY TIMES.
AUTHORITIES MAY PL., ADRESS THIS.

I am the resident of chanchalguda new road opp bank of baroda We are facing a problem of mosquitoes bite in our area due to which children's and adults are getting effected. I urge please send the mosquitos killing spray in our area on a daily basis.

Hope you will take an immediate actions to solve our concern.

Hi My name is Raj, i reside at upperguda Moulali my complete colony is facing problem with a land lord he parks his vehicles on the road wer we cannot pass through if we ask him to give some he sends rowdies and gundas to the house and keep giving warnings if gov is really strict to work on this pls help ... my number is 9652466667

in my area venkata ramana colony mallapur, nacharam division, so many pigs and street dogs are revolving, in night time very difficulty to walk in the street because of dogs, pl resolve the issue as soon as possible
