The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

I am Secretary of Arunodaya Nagar Nagole Hyderabad made several complaints on MyGhmcApp reg. Street sweeping & garbage dumps lifting from colony lanes. No proper arrangements made by the GHMC, Hayatnagar circle. This issue has also brought to the notice of Day. Commissioner, Hayatnagar circle. No fruitful action has been taken to Street sweeping & lifting of grabage dumps. We request the concerned authorities to look into the matter & settle the issue immediately

A big tree collapsed at APSRTC Officers Colony CHAMPAPET near Kapil Ayurvedic Hospital on 20th April 2019 due to heavy winds and rain. But till today it is not removed. Due to which the Road no.4 is closed. Kindly attend the complaint immediately. Thank you sir.

Dear Team, I live in House no : 383/2RT, Road No 3, SR Nagar, we collected dried leaves and stems from the trees and placed it on pavement hoping ghmc garbage collecting individuals will take it away. It's been a month and now people started throwing all scrap on it. Not sure whom to approach to have it removed and maintain clean footpath. Please help.

Sir,(no ghmc people coming for garbage)
I am from borabanda,gayatri nagar near andhra bank ,near railway track.no ghmc person coming and collecting the garbage from 15 days onwards they are coming all the streets but they are fortunatly missing our line,this is the not first time before also they did like this only but we requested him to come then he used to come weekly twice, but he is not coming now, all the street people throwing their garbage near ending houses. Mosquitoes and flys are increasing so please take immediate action we requesting you sir.

We are suffer with drainage problem.. Which is flowing in front of my home.. We have complained Abt this issue but no proper response from municipality ... We are suffering badly with smell ND all stuff... Please try to slove this problem..

Sir this is Roja from Ameerpet,, we r staying next lane to Mytrivanam, Ameerpet, HYD,, we placed the dismantled materials out side of the apartment (side of the road) we requested the GHMC workers to clear the trash,, but they r not.. What is the solution for this one.. Neighbouring people are also throwing their garbage on that.. Plz take as a necessary steps to clear the garage... Thx
