GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

We are the residents of rain bazaar Kaman area yakutpura.we are facing sound & dust pollutions in this area because of so many furnitures shops . There is a severe breathing problems of children's and old people they makes sound in the evening we are not having proper sleep at night of these noises and children's can't read.they open shops till midnight. So please take a serious action against them.even they fight people who will ask to stop.

I gave information to seri lingampally municipal commissioner and town planning officer through Whatsapp and email about unauthorized constructions in a dangerous position
On 24 years old buildings now people are constructing 3-4 floors which cannot support and it is dangerous to the neighbors
These are not approved plans but none of the officials neither inspected nor abstracted
Please take action before something happened
Nanakramguda is a big lesson to all

Sir I have given mails for gap in between the cement roads for dambar filling and speed breakers also in Bharat Nagar colony ramanthapur But were as my mails are not showing today. Why and problem are also not solved. Kindly look into the matter.

Open nalas in bharat Nagar near renuaka yellamma temple not cleaning this is the main nala water coming from old ramanthapur please clean it in every week.or month the bad smell is there. Please to the needful at the earliest.

Sir, I have given mail for cleaning open nala complete at renuaka yellamma temple inbBharat Nagar ramanthapur. It is the main nala open no one has came to clean. I have told several time but no use. Any body can came and check how much mud and grass and many more thing. No one is coming to clean for weekly no one is coming. Please do the needful.

We are having sound pollution from bhagyashree funtion hall old bowenpally , this function hall is surrounded by residential houses and schools, almost daily there is a function marriage / Reception / birthday parties. These function hall management is allowing loud DJ sound system and it runs say and night.
We are having months baby and aged parents at home. We are not having proper sleep at night because of sound system. Please help us solve this issue. I have already logged a complaint against this function hall in Ghmc grievane one month back , but no action as of now.
Will the ghmc grievane complaints being looked by the ghmc officials or its just for sake of logging a complaint.?

I am a resident of kukatpally Balajinagar division..some near by factories emitting chemicals in the evenings..there is a severe breathing problem in this area..and many people also reporting the same..this issue facing is a recent one..so please check the problem..and help us

Hi ...frequently we are facing some newsence from students at midnight time at nethaji sports groud kphb 6th phase...please take necessary action ...as families and getting disturbed by their daily newsence...drink alcohol and breaking bottle at midnight , shouting loudly and creating inconvenievce to the families near by groud ....request u to please shedule the timings to the park ....Do the needful help

The air near Kukatpally is becoming heavily polluted and unbreathable. Some factories nearby are emitting harmful gas and the air smells bad. Kindly check the situation before people start falling sick. We are facing this problem since 6months daily at evening
