The auction of a Ganesh laddu in Gachibowli netted Rs. 18.5 lakh to the pandal organisers.

The auction took place at My Home Bhuja apartments.

A devotee by name Vijayabhaskar Reddy bagged the laddu by bidding the whopping amount for it.

It is the second highest bid received by a Ganesh Laddu after the famous Balapur Laddu, which fetched the organizating committee Rs. 18.90 lakh. Kadapa MLC Ramesh Yadav and his friend Marri Shashank reddy bagged the laddu this year.
