Amberpet MLA G Kishan Reddy is most likely to get a second term as the state president of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
The state-unit elections are to be held in the second week of February. However, sources say that Kishan Reddy is likely to get re-elected unopposed for the second term. Senior leaders including Bandaru Dattatreyya, Dr K Lakshman and Ch Vidyasagar are reportedly backing Kishan Reddy, although former MLA Baddam Bal Reddy is likely to present his candidature for the post.
With the support of senior leader M Venkaiah Naidu, Kishan Reddy is most likely to get a second term as the BJP's state-unit president, sources say. (INN)
