Former Tadipatri MLA J C Prabhakar Reddy Arrested

TDP leader and former Tadipatri MLA J C Prabhakar Reddy and his son were arrested by police this morning in Hyderabad.

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader and former MLA of the Tadipatri Assembly constituency in Anantapur district J C Prabhakar Reddy was arrested by police this morning in Hyderabad.

J C Asmith Reddy, the son of Prabhakar Reddy, was also arrested by the Anantapur police.

The arrests were reportedly for committing irregularities by registering BS-3 vehicles as BS-4 vehicles and operating them.

The two are being taken to Anantapur district.

According to the police, the duo had registered a total of 154 buses in Nagaland using fake documents.

A total of 24 criminal cases have been registered against JC Travels in the Anantapur and Tadipatri police stations.
