The party demanded that the CM instead waive off the loans of the farmers as promised in one go instead of in installments.

Alleging that the Telangana cabinet's decision to enhance the ex gratia for the kin of the farmers committing suicides is likely to increase the number of suicides by farmers, Telangana TDLP leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao said that the Cabinet had failed to take the right decisions to fix the issue.
Telangana TDP leaders including President L Ramana, MLAs Revanth Reddy, Mothkupally Narsimhulu, Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy and Ravula Chandrashekar Reddy, MP Garikapati Mohan Rao and others met at Errabelli's residence on Sunday.
Speaking to the media later, Errabelli said that everyone thought that the Cabinet would take a decision that would curb suicides by farmers. It was not prudent for the CM to announce a hike in ex gratia to Rs 6 lakhs from Rs. 1.5 lakhs to the farmers committing suicides, as that would only aggravate the issue. He demanded that the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao instead waive off the loans of the farmers as promised in one go instead of in installments.
He also said that the Telangana TDP leaders would meet the Union Agriculture Minister on September 22 demanding justice for Telangana's farmers.
Senior leader Ravula alleged that the TRS government was discriminating against farmers
"The eye-wash statements will not make the farmers happy," he said.
Reminding people of KCR's statement that his government would implement China's policies, Ravula demanded that the government reveal what policy he was planning to implement.
