The Telangana Rashtra Samithi demanded the immediate removal of N Kiran Kumar Reddy from the post of the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
Talking to reporters here, on Thursday, TRS deputy floor leader T Harish Rao condemned a few Seemandhra leaders and their demand seeking the suspension of constables Srinivas Goud and Srisailam, for raising "Jai Telangana" slogans during the APNGOs public meeting at L B Stadium on September 7.
He said, "If the constables' suspension is being sought just for raising Jai Telangana slogans, then the Chief Minister should be removed from the his post too, as he has openly advocated a Samaikhyandhra." He appealed to Governor E S L Narasimhan to immediately dismiss Kiran Kumar Reddy from his post.
Harish Rao also condemned the strike of the energy department employees from the Seemandhra region. He alleged that Seemandhra employees were trying to create power crisis in Telangana with their strike. (INN)
