The decks have been cleared for the formal release of director Ram Gopal Varma's "Lakshmi's NTR" in Andhra Pradesh.
The media certification and monitoring committee of Andhra Pradesh has allowed the producer to release the movie in the State.
Producer Rakesh Reddy said that he had appeared before the committee following a directive and cleared all doubts related to the movie.
He also said that the committee had asked him to appear before it if any objections came up after the release of the movie.
Addressing media persons, Reddy said that the film would not hurt the feelings and emotions of anybody, and that it was based on a book written by the wife of N T Rama Rao, Lakshmi Parvathi.
He also said that the filmmakers had dealt with only one incident in the life of NTR.
Commenting on his relationship with YSR Congress Party chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, Rakesh Reddy, a YSR Congress party leader, said that he (Rakesh Reddy) was not a relative of Jagan, and that Jagan was not involved with the making of the movie.
