Construction Of Super-Speciality Hospital In Mahbubnagar To Begin
Minister Srinivas Goud today said that the construction of the super-speciality hospital in Mahbubnagar town at an estimated Rs. 400 crore would be taken up soon.
Minister for Excise and Tourism Srinivas Goud today announced that the construction works of the proposed super-speciality hospital in Mahbubnagar town at an estimated budget of Rs. 400 crore would be taken up soon, and that the hospital would be completed in one year.
Addressing the hospital development committee meeting on Tuesday, the minister said that the proposed hospital would have state-of-the-art facilities on the lines of NIMS in Hyderabad, and would pave the way for the providing of free corporate-grade medical treatment for the poor.
In addition to this, the government would also launch new nursing, paramedical and dental colleges soon to strengthen the medical education in the district, Goud said.
He added that the government was also upgrading facilities in the existing hospital and modernising the operation theatre there at a cost of Rs. 50 lakh.
