The Moni Babaji Health Centre (MBHC), an initiative of the Moni Babaji Seva Trust, is set to open today in Ameerpet with a mission to provide accessible and affordable medical care as part of its commitment to humanitarian service.
Strategically located near Gurudwara Saheb, Ameerpet, the 1,600 sq ft facility will be inaugurated at 9 am.
Operated as a non-profit charitable organisation, the Centre aims to offer quality healthcare services to the economically disadvantaged and underprivileged, at highly subsidised costs.
The Centre is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment facilities. The services will include pathology, orthopaedics, cardiology, dental care and more - all offered at significantly lower prices compared to market rates.
The Centre also features advanced dental technology, and cutting-edge X-ray and DR imaging services, and will be staffed by experienced general physicians.
Expert consultations will be available with renowned specialists, including Dr Promod Kumar (Yashoda Hospitals), Dr Pradyut Waghray (pulmonologist, Apollo Hospitals), and a team of orthopaedic experts led by Dr S Bhupin Singh Bakshi.
The Centre also plans to host regular health camps, awareness programs and expert-led consultations in collaboration with the Prabandhak Committee of Gurudwara Saheb Ameerpet, aiming to foster holistic community well-being.
A key MBHC member Dr S Khuswant Singh said, "The initiative is inspired by 108 Sant Baba Joginder Singh ji - an embodiment of seva (selfless service) and simran (meditative remembrance). Our mission is to provide high-quality yet cost-effective medical care to all, irrespective of caste, creed or religion."
