Telangana TDP working president A Revanth Reddy today observed that the Congress in Telangana had fallen victim to its insensitivity.
Speaking at a TDP workshop at NTR Trust Bhavan on Wednesday, Reddy said that when TRS chief KCR started luring TDP MLAs and took 15 of them into the TRS, the Party had alerted the Congress and asked its leaders to question the actions of KCR. But they kept silent and ignored the warning, he said.
He ridiculed the Congress leaders' comments now asking other Parties to launch a joint fight against KCR's "Operation Akarshan".
He also saod that now it was the turn of the BJP, which was maintaining similar silence. KCR would now try to attract BJP leaders, the TDP leader said.
The Telangana TDP executive meeting began here to discuss and evolve a future course of action on solving the people's problems, and the failure of the State government in taking up drought relief work. The meeting was attended by Telangana TDP leaders, including State party president L Ramana, Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy and others.
