Naidu Asks People To Agitate For Amaravathi As Capital

The former CM said that only Rs 3,000 crore were required to build new complexes in the capital.

Former Chief Minister and Leader Of Opposition in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday alleged that Chief Minister Y S Jaganmohan Reddy was attacking him at the drop of a hat.

He also condemned the decision of the State government to not allow the leaders of Opposition parties to visit the capital Amaravathi.

He warned the police officials who were stopping his party leaders and workers from holding protests that they would not be spared when he returned to power.

Naidu also mocked the CM for not even stepping out of his house without police escort.

The TDP boss also called upon the people to fight to retain Amaravathi as the State capital. He said that only Rs 3,000 crore were required to build new complexes in the capital.
