Bike Thieves Arrested, 9 Stolen Motorcycles Seized

The Bachupally police yesterday arrested a group of bike thieves involved in the theft of high-end motorcycles.

The Bachupally police yesterday arrested a group of bike thieves involved in the theft of high-end motorcycles.

The arrested individuals included:

1. Pamarthi Himanushu, son of Srinivas, aged 19, residing in Nizampet, Bachupally, and originally from Akiveedu village, East Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh

2. B Anil alias Bageli Anil, son of Ramraj, aged 19, residing in Bachupally, originally from Bagwon village, Seedi district, Madhya Pradesh

3. A juvenile in conflict with the law

The trio were allegedly involved in the theft of nine motorcycles, including KTMs and R15s, across various police station limits, including the Bachupally PS, KPHB PS and RC Puram PS limits. They have been implicated in eight theft cases and were arrested on October 5. A total of nine stolen motorcycles, valued at Rs 12,00,000, were seized from their possession.

The three are being presented before court.
