Rosaiah Happy At Peaceful Reactions

The Chief Minister expressed his satisfaction at the efforts of the police and the people to maintain peace post Ayodhya-Babri verdict.

Chief Minister K Rosaiah, on Wednesday, said that he was satisfied with the reaction of the citizens to the recent verdict of the Allahabad High Court over the Babri Masjid title suit.

Rosaiah is said to have expressed his satisfaction at the effective functioning of the police force in maintaining the law and order situation, at the Cabinet meeting held at the State Secretariat on Wednesday.

This was revealed to media persons by Information and Broadcasting Minister J Geetha Reddy at the Secretariat.

Geetha Reddy mentioned that the Chief Minister had also expressed his satisfaction at the restraint exercised by the people in the aftermath of the ruling.
