Andhra Pradesh Non-Gazetted Officers (APNGOs) Association president Ashok Babu faced the ire of Telangana activists, when he came to garland the statue of Dr. B R Ambedkar at Tank Bund on Friday.

While some pro-Telangana activists raised slogans against him, a few also hurled abuses. They asked to him to garland Dr. Ambedkar's statue in the Seemandhra region.

However, a few others intervened, and averted a confrontation. (INN)
