APPSC Recruitment Exam Dates Out

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) on Friday announced dates for the recruitments for various posts. According to a schedule released by the APPSC, the written examinations for Technical Assistants in AP Mining Sub-Service, District Probation Officers (Grade-II), Juvenile Welfare and Correctional Sub-Service, Port Officers, Ports Service, and Technical Assistants (Geo-Physics) in Ground Water Sub-Service will be conducted on May 24, while those for the posts of Assistant Hydrologists in Ground Water Service will be held on May 25.

The written test for recruitment of Technical Assistants (Hydrology) in Ground Water Sub-Service will be held on May 26, while that for Technical Assistants (Hydro-Geology) in Ground Water Sub-Service will be held on May 27.

The examination centres for these posts will be only in Hyderabad.

The examination for Divisional Accounts Officers (Works) Grade-II in the AP Works Accounts Service will be on July 2 and 3, and that for Assistant Statistical Officers in the AP Economics and Statistical Sub-Service and for Assistant Architectural Draughtsmen and Surveyors in the AP Town Planning Sub-Service examination will be held on July 24.

Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati and Warangal will be examination centres for these categories.

The examination date for recruitment of Junior Scientific Officers in the AP Drugs Control Administration Service will be August 6, while that for Deputy Superintendents of Police (Communications) in the AP Police (Communications) Service will be August 6 and 7.

The examination date for recruitment of Junior Analysts in the AP Drugs Control Administration Sub-Service is August 7. The written test for recruitment of Junior Analysts in the Institute of Preventive Medicine, Health Laboratories and Food (Health) will be held on August 8. The only centre will be in Hyderabad for this category of posts.

The written exam for recruitment for the Lecturer posts in Government Degree Colleges will be held on August 14 at Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati and Warangal. (INN)
