AP High Court To Be Renamed On June 2

The new name post AP's Bifurcation will be "High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh".

In view of the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, the High Court of Andhra Pradesh will be renamed with effect from June 2, the Appointed Day.

According to a notification issued by the Registrar General, under Section 30 of the A P Reorganisation Act, 2014, the name of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh will be "High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh", with effect from 2nd June, 2014.
