In yet another setback to YSR Congress Party president and Leader of the Opposition in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, Kurnool MLA S V Mohan Reddy is all set to join the TDP on May 7 in the presence of Chief Minister and TDP head Chandrababu Naidu.
There were rumours that Mohan Reddy was contemplating leaving the Party even when Bhuma Nagi Reddy left it along with his daughter about three months back, a source said.
The YSRCP is going to organize a protest in Kurnool against Telangana's much-awaited Palamuru - Ranga Reddy lift irrigation and Dindi projects, but Mohan Reddy, a local MLA of the YSRCP, had no prior information about that, which bothered him a lot, the source added.
