Good news for those awaiting jobs in the medical and health sectors - the Telangana government has taken a decision to fill up vacant posts. The government will soon fill up 4,000 vacancies in the sectors, and will issue a notification to this effect soon.
This was stated by Health Minister Dr C Lakshma Reddy after inaugurating a trauma care center at the Government Hospital in Kamareddy of the Nizamabad district.
"Besides filling up vacant posts, we will also equip all the government hospitals with the latest equipment and machinery to cater to the needs of the patients," he said.
The government would also set up four trauma care centers in accident prone areas in the State, he added.
The health minister also promised to set up an ICU Center in the Kamareddy hospital.
Reddy said that the government was revamping the health sector to cater to the health needs of the people, and that efforts were being made to see that the government hospitals offered unimpeachable health services.
