The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Dear sir
This is regarding collection of garbage from residential homes. They don't come regularly and increasing the price. I would like to know actually how much amount should be collected from each family. They don't have particular time of visit to collect garbage and they come twice a week and some times once a week. They are demanding Rs80/- monthly.

I Reside at Lalitha Nagar, Ram Nagar Gundu, 4thCross, Opp. to Shanmukha Tiffin Centre. Two of the Street dogs become so ferocious that, it is attacking all the people who are crossing the road. It is jumping and even trying to bite also. So please take the two dogs away from our colony so that we can go out freely.

Respected sir/madam,
I am vaishnavi from pot market ,old jail street , land mark opp to shree Kalptaru jewellers, secunderabad. Two days back the ghmc has constructed the road but the problem is the water is getting stagnated due to rain & the drainage is overflowing it is effecting everybody in our lane &this is very critical situation I.e (corona time) it effects very fast if the problem is not sort out.
So, please I kindly request the ghmc officers to sort out the problem as soon as possible .

Sir good morning Regarding drainage overflowing
Near Maisamma Temple H. P Road moosapet fully blocked underground drainage. Not properly cleaned. Drainage water flowing towards temple.
Please check do the needful as soon as possible.

Hii sir ....sir there is a hotel at chaderghat ie savera hotel..They are not maintaining the clean and neat ..I work nearby hotel ...In the hotel one selaar is there for the parking but in that all the wastage items are putting from that high level of mosquitoes coming ...Plz sir my kindly request for u to send your staff for checking ..Thank you
