The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Respected Sir/Madam, We are resident of MIG-90, Aphb Colony, Indranagar, Gachibowli.

The problem is garbage collectors are not coming from almost 30 days. They visited one last time (May 2020) and collected garbage and money.

We've been with the trash in homes for about a month. We all know that the accumulation of garbage can have a serious impact on health

Please take consider this problem as seriously and resolve this quickly.

at hemagirinagar, peeramcheeruvu, near : sai baba temple at electricity pole no.124 cat diead alot of smell around the area. please clean it by morning first hour. as soon as possble.

complaint against my neighbor Mr. -mohamm-ed Shabbir S/o Jan Mohammed R/o H.No.18-7-425/432/31/C Opp Zeeshan school, B Block bhavaninagar Talab kata, Hyd. for illegally construction of G+2 Building and encroached the balcony space by removing electrical pole in the night without taking any permission from electric department and constructed bathroom on the govt. Road and now at about 3.00 Am ( Mid night) On 01.06.2020 installing Gate in front of my bed room and on government road and when local Residents objected said person used most filthy language and threatened with dire consequences apprehending great danger and if the construction is not stopped local residents will suffer irreparable loss and parking problem will be created and unauthorized and illegal construction will encroach the government land which is a galli left for general public which is against natural justice-Request for taking appropriate necessary action as per law-Reg. as soon as possible visit the site above given address and stop the construction of gate which leads to big problem of vehicle moving .

In a residential area beside my house the next building owner has given rent to a dental hospital ?? as it is a residential area is it allowed to build up a dental hospital. All the neighbouring residence people are also objecting but that owner is not listening kindly take action and stop them from establishing a dental hospital in residential area. It Malakpet circle no 6 area.

My neighbour H.No. 1-5-735 New Marutinagar Kothapet LB Nagar Circle 5.constructing illegal shops & structures without leaving setbacks more over attaching to my compound wall of H.No.1-5-734 constructing Toilets which is highly objectionable . Taking the advantage of COVID LOCK DOWN working day & night. I request to take immediate necessary action otherwise we put to irrepairable losses. More over it has come to know that he has not taken official permision for construction, people are telling that he has managed officials by bribe. Early action in the matter is solicited.

Dear Sir, The garbage collect vehicle people are demanding/ collecting money from us but they are not coming properly and not collect garbage in Nallagandla huda colony which is Near Over head water tank. almost two weeks we are staying with garbage in the houses. please resolve this issue and also change the vehicle persons due to rash behavior to all of us.
