The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Dear Sir,
I am residing at charmahal Gulab Singh lane near Gurudwara, Hussainialam

We have extreme Mosquito menance. Unable to sleep, stand.
I had already complained about this mosquitoes problem on 24th march 2020 at the GHMC with Reference number 250320733563 and from there I got a msg and a mobile number of the area officer Incharge Assistant Entomologist Mr Satish kumar but he is not responding and i am regularly informing and calling to the GHMC office regarding my complaint.

Kindly do fumegation. I Request to resolve this problem sir.

We are of the oponion this menance is due to Garbage dump yard at Imlibun bus yard. Our request is to kindly shift this Dump yard from Imlibun bus stand to slove this problem.

I stay at Banjara hills road no 14 behind asha hospital. 1. There has been no fogging done since last 6 months even after repeated complaints 2. The same with the mosquito medicine not being put since the last 6 months and more 3. In more than 6 months no one has come from the water department to.put medicine in the water tanker 4. There is a huge tree of which the branches keep falling off in my house and is quite risky as it could hurt anyone in my family. Would request a solution

In our area till date their no sanitation has been done . Even people are dumping food waste and other waste near manjeera water tank where even pigs are rooming around which may lead new diseases . I request concern to take action to get clear .

The vacant plot at hno. 43-230, tirumalanagar, Behind zts, Molali is used as dump yard by ghmc garbage picker, after lots of complaint no action taken to remove garbage, further the garbage picker is threatening. Old people are staying surroundings. Request to initiate action

Respected Team,
In my colony there was issue with Manhole leakage and no sanitization activities(i.e.) bleaching,cleaning, mosquito repellent spraying are not taking place...In colonies near to our house,all GHMC tasks are performed without any issues but they are not even stepping to our colony.
Even though Drainage a are cleaned,garbage is picked by any GHMC members.They are leaving it on road which is causing issues to residents with odd odor, mosquitoes etc.
I have raised complaints and spoke to concerned team but none are actioning it.
My sincere request to concerned Team is to look into the issue and help our colony members with hygiene environment.
Kindly send concerned Team to collect garbage,spray bleaching powder and mosquito repellent medicine in our colony.

Dear sir,
There is Drainage leakage near my house plot no.29 st. no.11 HMT Nagar, Nacharam which is causing bad smell around the nearby houses. The sweepers are telling it is not their job and to be reported to higher authorities. Pl. arrange to clean the pot hole so that the leakage will be arrested.
