The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

On the road adjacent to our house, the drainage is over flowing. It is over flowing from past two months and leading to the road in front of the Mandal office and Electricity board at Beeramguda, Ramachandrapuram. No officials who come there are taking charge of it. Please do the needful.

I am writing regarding road near to gachibowli circle gulshan rahmat colony (gali near to Maharaja hotel) . Sevage Water is on road. Road is also not made properly, many wholes are there and road is made by mitti not cemented. Please check and take this in priority.

HI,

I would like to complaint about an auto stand which is on road at Madhapur 100 feet road near to Parvath Nagar.
They drive in wrong way and occupy the entire road there due to which I met with accident twice just because of them.
Can someone take care of this?

Lot of Garbage is being thrown into Ambedkar Nagar near padmalaya studio from the other side of the hill.Our colony is dirty with lot of smell, insects and causing diseases.Please remove the garbage daily and warm/fine others

We are facing alot of problem because of dust of house breaking, has been kept near our house from last 3months no one is removing because of that rats are coming into our houses and from this we are facing alot of problem and they madam it a garbage place for that before that it was sa clean open space near temple so, I kinfly request to the superior officer to do inspection and clean that waste material.

GHMC trash collecting people are parking the vehicles with trash beside our building and if we are asking to remove they are reacting very harsh. THe location is GHMC No: 8-4-371/B/108, Saradhi Nagar Co Op Housing Society. Borabanda. This is not the first time evvery time GHMC giving warnings and they are parking on roads and bathing on roads infront of our gate. What should we do?

Garbage collection charges.
I am resident of Bhoodevi Nagar, Alwal. GHMC trash collecting people are having very rude behavior and they are collecting 100rs from every one. If we question them they give warning and leave the trash uncollected.
Kindly take action and release revised collection charges sheet if any.

I request you that there is multiple mongrels(street dogs) in our street on road no 10, reddy enclave, temple alwal, near Alwal cheruvu katta which are making a new tasks for people in night times to sleep and attacking children of all ages (2-9yrs).And we are very were disappointed by the service by the dog squad and they never respond to the spot.

my name is A. PANDURANGA RAO i have been filed a petition seeking justice against the illegal construction of an apartment at plot nos 90&91, self finance colony , vanasthalipuram on 08.02 2019. Till date no action was taken by GHMC so far. The builder has sold the adjacent area of my house in which i have objected for set back of apartment. between my house and apartment . There is a 8 feet small place sold and now they tried to construct a small house with a reason 55 yards not required permission. They also plan to cut 12 years NEEM TREE . THIS IS THE FATE OF RESIDENTS of GHMC AREA. THIS IS THE MAINTINANCE OF GREEN BELT. NOW THEY PLAN TO PLANT LAKHS OF TREES WHEN shall THEY GROW. . I REQUEST TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION.
