Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Hai sir iam N pavan Kumar living in Shivajinagar uppuguda Hyderabad in my area there are so many mosquito's by this iam affected with typhoid not only iam many people are affected with typhoid dengue so please solve the problem as soon as possible

sir inpark humus is kept from 1 month onwards
they are not using due to this mosquitoes are spreading in our area my children and neighbors are suffering from dengue
so kindly requesting you remove from our front

I am residing at near hanuman temple backside ,BN reddy nagar near cherlapally and there are drainage problem in our home out side , the drainage is over flowing since two two months but they are doing nothing to solve it.when rain occurs bad smell comes out even unable to breathe,so please do favour and take necessary steps to solve it. this is my no 8121316024

I am residing at Iqbal Plaza beside relief hospital tolichowki beside our apartment there are drainage problem in our neighbour, the drainage is over flowing since two three months but they are doing nothing to solve it.when rain occurs bad smell comes out even unable to breathe,so please do favour and take necessary steps to solve it.

Sir I live in H.no 6-156 sudharshan reddy nagar, Chintal 131 division near to Ayyapa temple backside there is one ATM and Tea stall side to road and washing vessels on road they are parking the vehicles on road and it is big problem for colony people suffering a lot as we said so many times but no response from them and they are doing business on road illegally please take an action on them

My residency hari puri colony roda no 9 ramakrshnapuram division saroornagar .Sir so many problems my area nala caps damaged , and maskitos ,dranege, smell . so many people suffered dengue please i request slowed this issue.

Im a resident of Road no Road No. 35, Maruthi Nagar, Chaitanyapuri, Dilsuknagar.
This complaint is regarding garbage collection.
Till last month Scavenger used to collect 70 per month for Garbage collection. Starting from this month, he demanded for 100, and he told he cannot collect garbade if we fail to pay the same, thought he used didn't clear dustbean completely and used to come once / twice per week. Is there a way, we can reach GHMC for complaint registration?
